“A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the death of a five-year-old girl, on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art.
109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (causing death by negligence, as a result of improper performance of one's professional duties),” the statement says.
According to the investigation, on August 18, on the territory of the kindergarten, during a morning walk, the girl, left unattended, fell while riding a scooter and hit her head on the asphalt.
She died as a result of the impact.
Currently, the investigator is interrogating the relatives of the deceased child and employees of the kindergarten.
Earlier it was reported that on the outskirts of the Buryat village of Tvorogovo, a six-year-old boy died while playing in a pit - he was covered with soil.
