The militias had escalated their attacks against the Yemeni army and resistance positions west of Taiz, during the past hours, leaving one dead and five wounded in the ranks of the Yemeni army, which confirmed through its media center that the number of Houthi violations since the last extension of the armistice amounted to 306 violations on the Taiz fronts.

The center stated that the Houthi violations since the declaration of the UN truce last April in Taiz amounted to 3,769 violations, resulting in the death of 18 Yemeni soldiers and the injury of 110 others.

On the western coast of Yemen, the joint forces thwarted two infiltration attempts by the Houthi militia, in the Hays axis from the northern and eastern sides, and the media center of the joint forces confirmed that it had monitored 107 Houthi violations of the armistice in the south of Hodeidah and west of Taiz, during the past hours.

Meanwhile, a Houthi network of mines was dismantled in the Hudaydah and Taiz axes, according to the military media of the joint forces, confirming that the joint engineering teams were able to detect Houthi minefields in southern Al-Jarrahi, while the teams of the Saudi project to clear mines in Yemen "Masam" were able to discover a field Anti-armor mines planted by the Houthi militia in the Al-Hariqiyah area of ​​the Dhu Bab district, west of Taiz.

In addition, Yemeni diplomatic sources confirmed that the intensive moves of US and UN diplomacy regarding the expansion of the armistice agreement in Yemen into a permanent peace agreement will clash with the intransigence and rejection of the Houthi militia, as happened with the previous proposals of the UN envoy to Yemen.

The sources indicated that the militias continue to ignore all international moves regarding reaching a peace agreement, by refusing to implement what they were committed to regarding the implementation of the five-month-old armistice terms, continuing their violations on the fronts, besieging Taiz, and refusing to pay salaries from the revenues of Hodeidah ports.

And the United States of America announced, through a statement of the State Department, that it had taken intensive diplomatic moves to stop the war in Yemen completely, noting that both the American special envoy for Yemen, Tim Lenderking, and the American ambassador to Yemen, Stephen Fagin, are making intensive efforts alongside the efforts of the United Nations to Providing an environment for lasting peace in Yemen.

She mentioned that Linderking and Fagen discussed with Yemeni Foreign Minister Ahmed bin Mubarak the next steps and building steps to achieve an expanded agreement and a lasting and comprehensive peace under the auspices of the United Nations.

While the US envoy put forward executive steps for the Yemeni crisis, the "Houthis" demanded to move with regard to Taiz, open roads in it and lift the siege on its residents, considering this a long-awaited humanitarian duty, in addition to paying the salaries of employees, and operating additional flights from Sanaa airport.

On the other hand, the Yemeni Consultation Committee announced the formation of 3 working committees to prepare its vision for the comprehensive peace process, rationalize the media discourse and prepare a draft internal regulation of the body.

According to the official Saba Agency, the commission confirmed that the three formed committees will work to accomplish their tasks and submit them to the Presidential Leadership Council after being approved by the commission's presidency.
