The administration of the Smolensk region called the planned distribution of subpoenas to the draft board

This is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the regional administration.

“This is just a regular, planned procedure that happens periodically,” the press service said.

It is noted that the military commissariat of the Smolensk region specifically announced that "this is just an ordinary training", in which "they tell and show how headquarters and reception points work."

At the same time, the regional military registration and enlistment office stated that the training was being carried out to “check the compliance of the capabilities and condition of the districts and notification headquarters of municipalities,” as well as to clarify the temporary indicators of their work.

In July, the Ministry of Defense emphasized that the number of military personnel involved in the special operation in Ukraine is sufficient to carry out all the assigned tasks.
