TASS: Deripaska filed a lawsuit against Navalny and three publications

This is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the court.

“The court received a statement of claim by Deripaska.

The defendants are Alexei Navalny, Georgy Alburov, Maria Pevchikh, as well as The Insider **, New Lines and Associated Newspapers Limited, ”the court said.

Navalny is currently in a colony, where he is serving a sentence in several criminal cases.

In total, he received 9 years in a strict regime colony.

* The Anti-Corruption Foundation is included in the register of NGOs acting as a foreign agent, by decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated 09.10.2019.

The organization was recognized as extremist, its activities are prohibited on the territory of Russia by the decision of the Moscow City Court of 06/09/2021.
