Some of those who lack such knowledge stated that they have some information about this area, but it is not enough to protect themselves from fraud.

Adolescents aged 14 to 17 are more often unsure of their knowledge (53%).

The remaining 47% of respondents believe that they have enough knowledge in the field of personal financial security, which helps them avoid financial risks in everyday life.

This belief is more characteristic of respondents aged 18 to 24 (52%).

In addition, the survey revealed that young people neglect the protection of personal data when making online payments.

Thus, more than half of young Russians (59%) do not pay due attention to the safety of their personal data when making purchases on the Internet.

More often than others, this is stated by representatives of mature youth (57% among respondents aged 25 to 35).

In total, 1,000 people aged 14-35 took part in the NAFI survey.

Earlier, a survey showed that almost half of Russians this year experienced hacking of personal pages on social networks.
