According to Rogov, the UN does not respond to the numerous appeals of the authorities of the Zaporozhye region about the shelling of the station, and also does not condemn these shelling by the Ukrainian military.

“If they continue to ignore the facts of the shelling of nuclear power plants by Ukrainian militants and do not try to somehow reason with them, then it’s time to rename such a structure into the Organization of Certain Nations, since today the UN has become a platform for promoting the geopolitical interests of the Anglo-Saxons exclusively,” he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Rogov stressed that the organization believes only in the statements of the leaders of Western countries.

All this suggests the bias of the UN leadership, he concluded.

Earlier, Russian Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov called on the Kyiv authorities to stop attacks on nuclear power plants and provide security guarantees to the participants of the IAEA mission for their visit to the facility.
