“Sunbathing in the warehouse and in the open area (pallets with pressed paper),” the ministry said in a statement.
The fire is said to have been extinguished by now.
Earlier it was reported that the fire area in the village of Verkhnekundryuchenskaya, Rostov region, reached 136 hectares.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informed that rescuers evacuated 65 people from the village.
