“There can be only one answer”: Moscow reacted to statements by Zelensky’s office about the destruction of the Crimean bridge

Representatives of the Kyiv regime should think about what kind of response they will face in the event of an attack on the Crimean bridge, Senator of the Federation Council Igor Morozov told RT.

“If suddenly, at the direction of Zelensky, a blow is struck on the Crimean bridge, then there can be only one answer: to clean up the entire government building in Kyiv to asphalt.

And this will still be an insufficient measure to stop the presumptuous Ukrainian politicians.

The Crimean bridge is not just a red line.

This is a symbol for the entire Russian people, for the population of Crimea,” Morozov said.

Earlier, Ukrainian officials again issued threats against the Crimean bridge.

This time, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, made a similar statement in an interview with the British edition of The Guardian.

“This is illegal construction and the main supply gate for the Russian army in Crimea.

Such objects must be destroyed,” Podolyak said.

He also turned to Western countries with a request for the provision of new multiple launch rocket systems in order to "wreak havoc" in the ranks of the Russian armed forces.

Earlier, Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksiy Goncharenko said that at the NATO summit in June he discussed with the British Minister of Defense a plan to destroy the Crimean bridge.

Later, British Deputy Representative to the UN James Cariuki said that he was not aware that such negotiations had taken place.

“I have not heard anything about this,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

Zaporozhye NPP

UN representatives should condemn the shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant by Ukraine, and not ignore them, said Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the regional administration.

According to him, the world organization accepts only the position of the Western countries, but does not see or hear the opinion of the rest of the world.

“If they continue to ignore the facts of the shelling of nuclear power plants by Ukrainian militants and do not try to somehow reason with them, then it’s time to rename such a structure into the Organization of Certain Nations, since today the UN has become a platform for promoting geopolitical interests exclusively of the Anglo-Saxons.

As Russian diplomats noted, the authors of the American edition have “complete degradation of causal relationships,” since the Armed Forces of Ukraine are shelling not only the ZNPP, but also the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station in the Kherson region.

The United States is trying to pretend to be innocent of fomenting the Ukrainian crisis, but will not be able to deceive the international community.
