According to the police report, the man and the woman must have been sitting in the car when the man made a sexual approach against the woman's will.

She then allegedly got out of the car and called the attention of a person nearby who alerted the police.

The incident was initially classified as attempted rape but was soon changed to sexual assault.

- A criminal classification is always initial and changes according to what we know.

It can be changed if information comes to light that makes the criminal classification difficult to reach legally, says police spokesperson Dennis Johansson Strömberg.

Can have a relationship

The police do not yet know if the woman and the man have any relationship, but they see it as likely.

- We don't have a suspect yet so we don't know who this man is.

But it is clear that if you have been in a car with someone, you can imagine that they have some kind of relationship, says Dennis Johansson Strömberg.

The woman has been questioned but there is still no suspect for the crime.
