According to the "Washington Post" report, US President Biden plans to sign the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act on August 16.

The bill deals with tackling climate change, health care, tax reform, and more.

Previously, the bill was voted on in the U.S. Senate, and Democrats passed the risk with 51 votes in favor and 50 against with a key vote of Vice President and Senate President Harris.

Opposing Republicans argued that the bill, called the Inflation Cut Act, "does nothing" to actually cut inflation.
