The successful development of this equipment has broken the monopoly of foreign companies on the raw materials of this type of equipment in one fell swoop, and has once again achieved a zero breakthrough in the field of domestic polysilicon and other new energy equipment manufacturing.

  It is understood that N08120 is a solid solution strengthened heat-resistant alloy with extremely high high temperature strength, good resistance to carburization and vulcanization, and is one of the materials of choice for the manufacture of cold hydrogenation fluidized bed reactors in the polysilicon industry.

  Compared with N08810, N08120 has better high temperature strength and oxidation resistance on the basis of similar manufacturing cost.

The tensile strength of the material is improved, the wall thickness is reduced, the weight of the equipment is greatly reduced, and the burden of the equipment is reduced, which can meet the needs of large-scale and lightweight polysilicon manufacturing equipment, and is widely used in harsh working environments such as high temperature and high pressure.

  In order to break the monopoly of foreign companies on the raw materials of the device, Lanshi Heavy Equipment has continuously improved its specialized manufacturing capacity and level. On the basis of summarizing the manufacturing experience of domestically produced N08810 cold hydrogenation reactors, the domestic N08120 material has been subjected to multiple base metal and welding processes. It has accumulated a large number of manufacturing process parameters, successfully completed the development and test of the simulated cylinder, and successfully undertaken the development of the core equipment of the Inner Mongolia Daquan polysilicon project.
