The police were alerted to the incident at 8.45pm on Sunday.
- It was the man himself who raised the alarm, says police spokesperson Evelina Olsson.
The man has said that it was two people whom he does not know who injured him.
The police will carry out door knocking in the area of the stabbing, to capture any witnesses.
The police are classifying the incident as attempted murder.
No suspect has been arrested.
