  Reuters quoted the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations as saying that a fire broke out in Yerevan's "Surmaru" shopping center after an explosion.

  Emergency Situations Minister Panbukhchiyan said the fire had been put out, but strong winds still posed a threat.
