The lifeless bodies of a strangled woman and a man with at least one stab wound have been found this morning in

an abandoned electrical transformer next to a shopping center

in the Sevillian capital.

According to sources from the National Police, at 3:00 last morning a Local Police patrol observed a car with its

trunk open on Manuel Velasco de Pando street.

Upon approaching, officers

found the bodies inside the vehicle.

The man's body was on top of the woman's with a stab wound to the back, while the woman shows signs of having been strangled, according to

, which advances the information.

The bodies are in the Forensic Anatomical Institute of Seville for autopsies to be performed, while the area has been cordoned off to be thoroughly studied by the Scientific Police.
