The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the capture of the village of Peski in the DPR

This was stated by the official representative of the defense department Igor Konashenkov.

“As a result of the offensive actions of the allied forces, the settlement of Peski was completely liberated,” he said.

Earlier, the representative of the People's Militia of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, said in an interview with RT that the allied forces occupied the settlement of Peski in the DPR by almost 90%.

The Ministry of Defense also informed that after the strikes of the Aerospace Forces in the Pesok area, the Ukrainian 56th motorized infantry brigade lost its combat capability.
