The national settlement depository filed a lawsuit with the EU court in Luxembourg to lift sanctions

As RIA Novosti writes with reference to the message of the trading platform, the purpose of the lawsuit is to prove the illegality and groundlessness of the inclusion of NSD in the EU sanctions lists, as a result of which Russian and foreign investors suffered.

In June, the National Settlement Depository recognized the imposition of sanctions by the European Union as an emergency.

The EU included the NSD in the new sanctions list on 3 June.
