  As of 20:00 on August 11, there were no new positive infections in Haikou City. A total of 18 confirmed cases and 2 asymptomatic infections were found in Haikou City during this round of epidemic.

  The Haikou New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters issued an announcement on the 11th that for eligible stranded passengers, the return trip will be arranged in batches from August 11th.

After the stranded passenger fills in the information in the "Leaving Qiong Application" column on the homepage of the Hainan Health Code and submits the application for leaving the island, Haikou will make overall arrangements according to the area, time and transportation capacity.
