On August 9, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of Russia, said that two more dry cargo ships with corn and flour left Ukrainian Chernomorsk for Liberia and Turkey as part of a food deal.
According to him, since August 1, 12 ships have left Ukrainian ports.
