18% called mandatory participation in corporate sports activities unusual, a general trip to lunch by the department - 13%, the selection of clothes (color, style) according to corporate rules is considered strange by 11% of respondents.

Another 8% of respondents noted the mandatory participation in filming for the content of corporate resources: social networks, digests, mailing lists.

A ban on food, drink, the maintenance of various personal items, flowers in the workplace was also named by 8%.

The performance of the corporate anthem or any other composition that is accepted in the company is considered unusual by 6% of the survey participants.

In addition, 3% indicated that they have to go to cafes and bars with colleagues so that the team is always in full force.

Feeding and caring for animals in the office and mandatory board games with colleagues were named by 2% each, 1% noted the need to participate in corporate correspondence.

In general, 60% of respondents believe that corporate traditions are important, but non-traditional rules should not be mandatory for everyone.

The study was conducted among 1720 working residents of the country aged 18 to 55 years.
