Sending North Korean volunteers to the DPR and LPR is not planned, ”RIA Novosti quotes him.

Earlier, the head of the DPR, Pushilin, said that the Donetsk People's Republic is negotiating with Pyongyang on the arrival of builders from the DPRK to the republic. 

According to him, the first North Korean workers should arrive in the DPR in the very near future.
