This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the court.

It is noted that in the spring, against the backdrop of the depreciation of the ruble, the bank's client was able to profitably exchange different currencies due to the incorrect display of the exchange rate by the bank.

After that, the bank decided that the organization was harmed by these operations and wrote off more than 1.28 million rubles from the client.

The client, in turn, filed a lawsuit against the bank in court and demanded to return the money to him and compensate for moral damage.

“The claims were partially satisfied, the amount of moral damage was reduced,” the court said.

As the representative of the court noted, in addition to the return of the amount, the decision provides for compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the amount of 5 thousand rubles and a fine of 323 thousand rubles, which will be recovered to the treasury.

It is noted that this decision has not yet entered into force, it can be appealed within a month.
