Anders Nilsson (C) believes that the work of reviewing the municipality's costs must continue even if it is going in the right direction.

Vännäs was previously 14 percent above the standard costs, now it has soon halved to seven percent.

- It is work that must continue, it is important to keep track of the costs, he says and continues:

- The tax money is not ours, we have only been given a trust to manage other people's money, so we have to be wise.

Want a bathhouse

Furthermore, he wants, among other things, to investigate the possibilities for a bathhouse in the municipality, as well as to provide better conditions for public transport for those who do not live in the urban area.

Anders Nilsson took over the role of group leader for the Center Party in Vännäs just over two years ago.

He describes the cooperation within the opposition, which they call the three-leaf clover, together with the Liberals and the Christian Democrats as good.
