The teenager had managed to contact the police on Saturday through a friend.

A judicial investigation has been opened and five people indicted for pimping in an organized gang, after the denunciation by a 15-year-old girl in Compiègne (Oise) of acts of kidnapping and forced prostitution, announced the prosecution of Senlis.

Three men aged 20, 23 and 25 and a woman aged 21, arrested on Saturday, and a fifth individual aged 23 arrested on Monday, were all indicted for "pimping aggravated by the victim's minority and committed in a gang organized, ”said the Senlis prosecution in a press release.

The teenager had "indicated to the investigators that she was placed with the departmental direction of the solidarity of the Marne, that she had run away then had been approached by several individuals, in particular by these four people arrested, so that she prostitutes under their control,” he says.

In foster care for two years

These four defendants, like the last individual arrested on Monday, all "disputed their involvement in the facts considered", continues the prosecution.

They have been placed in pre-trial detention, but one of them, who has asked for time to prepare his defense before the judge of freedoms, will have his situation examined in a few days.

Originally from around Reims, the teenager "placed in a home by a children's judge in Châlons-en-Champagne for about two years" would have "run away since May", said Sunday the prosecutor of Compiègne, Marie-Céline Lawrysz, before the case was taken over by the criminal center of Senlis.

“She says that she first prostituted herself in Paris, then wanted to escape her Parisian pimps, and was taken in by a man who took her to Amiens, where she also prostituted herself, before to arrive in Compiègne”, added the prosecutor.

The Compiègne police station and the Creil judicial police were jointly seized of this investigation.
