) and countries of the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP),” the document says.

It is clarified that as of June 2022, there are ten candidate and potential candidate countries for EU accession, six ENP East countries, three of which - Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine - are also included in the group of candidate and potential candidate countries, and ten ENP-South countries (states of North Africa and the Middle East).

“The Eurostat Cooperation Group collects metadata and several hundred statistical indicators from each candidate, potential candidate and ENP countries,” the document says.

We are talking about parameters related to the economy and finance, demography and social conditions, industry and agriculture, tourism and transport, energy and science, the digital community and other areas.

The Contractor will be required to collect and verify statistical data annually for three groups of countries.

For the implementation of the initiative, designed for 38 months, Eurostat is ready to allocate more than €370,000.

Earlier, the European Commission planned to allocate €6.5 million as part of a program to “support” the internal affairs sector of the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo.
