Last June, Miss Raisa, stage name of Imane Raissali, published a video on TikTok in which she exposed her inclusive point of view as a Muslim of homosexuality and the LGTBI community.

As usual, given the anonymity and impunity of the internet, the publication received numerous insults and humiliating comments from users of this social network who attacked the Catalan rapper but of Moroccan origin for her opinions.

However, one of the comments caught the attention of the Central Unit for Hate Crimes and Discrimination (UCDOD) of the Mossos d'Esquadra since, in addition to insulting her for being a woman and a Muslim, she threatened the rapper with death and urged and justified her murder and beheading, based on religious arguments.

For this reason, the Mossos identified the suspect and discovered that he had several profiles on social networks in which he presented himself as a consultant and preacher of religious affairs, and that he currently resides in the English city of Birmingham.

On the 4th, it was detected that the alleged perpetrator of the events had arrived on a flight at the Madrid airport and the National Police arrested him due to the arrest warrant issued by the Mossos d'Esquadra.

The agents point out that he has a history of a hate crime against the LGTBI collective and for anti-Semitism, for which he was already arrested in 2021. Now he is charged with this hate crime again as well as threats against the artist after posting a video on TikTok in the one that explained her inclusive vision as a Muslim of homosexuality and of the LGTBI collective.

After going to court before the court of instruction on duty in Madrid, the detainee was released with the prohibition of approaching the victim within 1,000 meters, the prohibition of communicating with her, withdrawal of the passport, prohibition of exit of the country and to use the internet.
