China News Service, August 12. According to comprehensive foreign media reports, US police said that an armed man wearing a body armor tried to break into the FBI office building in Cincinnati, Ohio, on the 11th local time.
The man fled the scene and was shot dead after a standoff with police for some time.

NBC said the man had fired a nail gun at the building and was armed with an AR-15 rifle.
The standoff came as officials warned of an increase in threats against federal agents following the raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, the Associated Press said.
Law enforcement officials said the man was Ricky Shiffer, 42.
The riots in the U.S. Congress were said to have been in Washington in the days leading up to the unrest, and could be at the Capitol on the day of the attack.
Federal investigators are investigating whether he has ties to right-wing groups such as the Proud Boys.
