Paniz Irajpour and her father took over the premises at the beginning of July this year, planning to open the doors in a couple of weeks.
That doesn't seem to be the case, as the building was in flames on Wednesday morning.
- It feels incredibly sad because we were really looking forward to starting the pizzeria, she says.
Three people arrested
The police are classifying the incident as arson and a technical investigation has begun at the scene.
The police announced later in the day that three men aged 18-21 were arrested on suspicion of the fire.
The preliminary investigation is led by prosecutors at the Prosecutor's Office in Uppsala.
Paniz Irajpour believes that it is worrying that there have been so many fires in the same building, but says that they have not made a decision whether to keep the premises or not.
