“The Kyiv regime ... plans to send a group of employees of the SBU and other law enforcement agencies to Kharkiv to conduct another large-scale punitive operation to identify citizens loyal to Russia (expressing pro-Russian views) and subsequently accusing them of “collaborationism,” he said at a briefing .
Mizintsev added that the Ukrainian special services will search phones for calls to numbers in Russia, as well as correspondence condemning the Kyiv regime.
“Detained citizens will be subjected to threats of physical violence against members of their families, violence and torture, as has already happened in Odessa, Nikolaev, Slavyansk, Sumy, Chernihiv and in a number of other settlements,” he said.
