A condominium in Sörmland costs an average of just under SEK 1.8 million.

This is a decrease of 4.7 percent in the past year.

Even in the country as a whole, prices are falling.

In the past year, they have decreased by 1.6 percent.

The price drop in the valleys is the largest, -12.2 percent.

However, the difference between the municipalities in Sörmland is large.

Prices in Eskilstuna and Nyköping are largely stable.

Prices in Katrineholm have fallen by -8.2 percent, in Strängnäs by -6.7.

In Oxelösund you see the biggest drop: -12.1.

In the other municipalities, not enough condominiums have been sold for the changes to be visible in the statistics.

On the villa front in the county, a price increase has been seen in the past year, but in recent months the figures have turned downwards.

However, Strängnäs municipality is going against the grain and increasing the price.
