This Wednesday, Météo France placed the departments of Finistère and Morbihan on orange alert for the heat wave, in addition to 16 other departments already on alert since Tuesday.

This vigilance is however lifted for Gard and Vaucluse.

The third heatwave episode of the summer continues in mainland France with the placing of Morbihan and Finistère on heatwave orange vigilance, bringing the number of departments to 18, mainly in the West, before an expected peak at the end of the week, a announced on Wednesday Météo France.
