So far, a total of two Chinese nationals have been confirmed dead in the torrential rain.
According to the Consular Affairs Office of the Chinese Embassy in South Korea, one of the two Chinese citizens who died was buried in a container dormitory caused by a landslide, and the other was electrocuted during outdoor construction in the rain.
On the 8th local time, the South Korean metropolitan area suffered heavy rain.
As of 6:00 local time on the 10th, the torrential rain has caused 9 deaths, 7 missing and 17 injured.
