A court in Moscow arrested the ex-general director of the RKKS Melnik in the case of the disruption of the state defense order

“In relation to Melnik Yevgeny Nikolaevich, suspected of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art.

201.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia (abuse of authority in the execution of the state defense order), a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention for 1 month 23 days, that is, until October 2, 2022, ”said the interlocutor.

Earlier, the Presnensky Court of Moscow arrested Vadim Soinikov, the former head of the apparatus of the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, in a case of abuse of power.
