This is stated on the website of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Amur Region.

“The automobile bridge crossing between the Russian and Chinese cities of Blagoveshchensk and Heihe is completing its work in a test mode, which means a transition to a toll system.

From August 10, payment must be made at the toll collection point (TOC) located at the entrance to the bridge.

The amount of the fare will be from 1030 to 9540 rubles, depending on the height of the car and the number of its axles.

Earlier it was reported that the average fare on the Blagoveshchensk-Heihe bridge for one car will be 8,700 rubles, it will become lower when the bridge pays for itself.

This was told by the governor of the Amur region Vasily Orlov.

He stressed that the bridge was built "not to make money."
