Maja Åskag is not resting on her laurels.
Now the upload begins for the athletics EC in Munich, Germany, which starts in just a few days.
- I'm quite used to it.
Last year, I had both the Junior EC and the Junior WC pretty tight.
You have to find the routines and get training weeks in before you compete.
So now it's just a week of training a bit, tagging and then going to Germany.
Support from the club
After the gold on Sunday, she has been congratulated from many quarters, including from her own club Råby-Rekarne.
- My club is always happy for me and I always get the support I need.
