“The court ruled that the decision of the court of first instance on the choice of a measure of restraint in the form of detention for Yashin I.V. was recognized as lawful and left unchanged, and the complaint of his defense was not satisfied,” TASS quoted a representative of the court as saying.
On July 13, the Basmanny Court of Moscow sent Ilya Yashin into custody, suspected of disseminating deliberately false information about the armed forces.
