A young man was attacked and robbed at his home in Montagnieu (Isère) on Wednesday afternoon.

The victim had posted classified ads on Le Bon Coin to sell several valuable Pokémon cards.

For a transaction in the amount of 15,000 euros, he had agreed to a meeting at his home with one of the buyers.

When paying for the purchase via an online tool, the two visitors attacked the seller.

He ended up with a gun to his head.

He was then beaten up.

His attackers demanded that he hand over the valuable cards to them, which he did.

The thieves then fled.

Gendarmerie investigation

They could not be located by the gendarmes immediately after the attack, despite the organization of patrols as soon as the victim called them after the departure of the thieves.

Investigators are now relying on the phone to find the two individuals.
