Diplomat Vishnevetsky called on the United States to remove its nuclear weapons from third countries

"US nuclear weapons must be taken out to national territory," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Vishnevetsky also called the fact that non-nuclear countries are working out the use of American nuclear weapons as a factor that negatively affects security and increases the risk of nuclear conflict, and is also a brake on the disarmament process.

Earlier, U.S. Undersecretary of State for Arms Control Bonnie Jenkins said that all U.S. and Russian nuclear weapons should be included in a future arms control regime.
