China reports 940 new cases of corona
The National Health Commission said Monday that mainland China recorded 940 new cases of coronavirus on Sunday, of which 380 were asymptomatic and 560 were asymptomatic.
China recorded 868 new infections with the Corona virus the previous day, of which 390 were asymptomatic and 478 were asymptomatic.
No new deaths were recorded, keeping the number of deaths at 5,226
. The mainland of China has so far recorded 231,266 confirmed cases with symptoms.
The local government said that on Sunday, the capital, Beijing, recorded two new local cases with symptoms, compared to one infection the day before.
And Shanghai and Shenzhen, the technology center in southern China, did not record any new infections.
