The People's Power (Gukbase), made up of party members supporting Representative Lee Jun-seok, held a discussion forum and strongly criticized the party's shift to the emergency response committee system.

In particular, they made a point by pointing out that the transition to non-captain is the procedure of 'forced dismissal' of CEO Jun-seok Lee.

The discussion held at a cafe in Yeouido was attended by 80 people including Shin In-gyu, a full-time spokesperson who is considered pro-Lee Jun-seok, and 1,000 concurrent users participated in the YouTube channel that broadcast the discussion live.

The party members pointed out that the purpose of the discussion was not to protect Chairman Lee, but the party ethics committee pointed out that there was a problem with the party's 6-month suspension of party membership and the party's transition to non-captain.

Yeomyeong-sook (former chairman of the Game Management Committee), who attended the discussion, asked, "The reason we gathered today is simply because of his internal gunfire."

He continued, "Don't play with parasites and dry the parasites in the sun. The party and its members are not here to provide food for these parasites or to become hosts." I'm going to save not even CEO Lee, but CEO Lee's grandfather, and even President Yoon Seok-yeol."

Lee Won-ik said, "The party is said to be in an emergency situation right now, but it seems that the people who are occupying the seat, not the party, feel that the current position is in crisis."

Another participant criticized the non-captive conversion as "emphasizing emergency situations like Sahwa or the Yushin Constitution, and driving out the minority with the power of the majority."

However, among the attendees, there were voices of concern about CEO Lee taking legal action, such as applying for an injunction.

One participant said, "Now, we have to stop complaining and struggle and discuss how to do something that benefits the people."

Gukbase is pushing for a class action lawsuit and petition for an injunction against the decision of the National Committee to decide the party's non-subrogation system.

Deputy Spokesperson Shin explained, "As a result of the demand survey, as of this morning, about 1,400 responsible party members expressed their intention to file a lawsuit."

Regarding the timing of filing the lawsuit, he said, "It is likely to be after the 9th when the National Committee is held."
