Let's look at the movement of the ruling party.

Five-term lawmaker Joo Ho-young is the most likely chair of the People's Power Emergency Response Committee.

However, CEO Lee Jun-seok has made it clear that he will take legal action immediately if the non-captain is inaugurated.

Within the People's Power, it is certain that Rep. Joo Ho-young will be the next chairman of the emergency response committee.

A key insider in the People's Power House told SBS, "Many lawmakers recommended the state lawmaker as the non-chairman," and "there is no other alternative."

Rep. Joo Ho-young, a fifth-term lawmaker, has been selected as a suitable person because of her lack of background and experience, such as serving as floor leader and acting party representative.

The People's Power plans to hold a general meeting of the National Assembly the next day (the 9th) to receive the approval of the appointment of a new vice chairperson, and then formally elect the vice chairperson by voting in favor of the National Committee's ARS.

Floor leader Kwon Seong-dong, who was demanded to resign from some circles, was drawn to continuing his position as floor leader.

However, as nothing has been decided on the nature and duration of the non-captain, there is also a prospect that the launch of the non-captain may be the seed of another conflict.

Right now, Rep. Joo Ho-young's side prefers the so-called 'innovative non-captaining system', saying, "Until the regular National Assembly, the non-captain system must go, and the national convention will be possible early next year at the earliest."

However, those who are aiming for the next party, such as Kim Ki-hyun and Ahn Cheol-soo, are arguing that the new non-captain is defined as a 'managed non-captain' and that the national convention should be held early in September or October.

In the midst of this, CEO Jun-seok Lee repeatedly expressed his intention to file an application for an injunction with the court to suspend the effect immediately after the appointment of the non-chairman.

Tensions are rising ahead of the National Committee the day after tomorrow, with former lawmaker Yoo Seung-min posting a song to cheer for Lee on SNS, and party members who support Lee to hold a separate discussion tomorrow.
