It is the first time since 2011 that MK Eskil organizes the Nordic championship in radio-controlled cars and during the two seasons of the pandemic there were hardly any participants at all at this year's competitions, something that has changed this year.

- There are roughly 70 participants in the championship divided into two classes where some double and others not, says Patric Henriksson, chairman of MK Eskil.

Competitors from all over the Nordics

One of the favorites to take home the competition is the talent Elias Johansson from Sandviken.

- It's a bit cool when several countries come together and drive.

Now it has been a while since we had a championship when the pandemic put an end to it.

But now it feels like we can start driving for real again and it feels very fun, I think, says Elias Johansson, competitor.
