A few hours earlier, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, stated that he was "outraged" by the "unfair" accusations of the NGO.
In a report released Thursday after a 4-month investigation, AI said the Ukrainian military endangered civilians by setting up military bases in schools and hospitals and launching attacks from populated areas to stop the Russian invasion.

In total, they will transport 58,041 tons of corn;
two of them will leave from Chornomorsk and the third from
Odessa
, in all three cases in the morning and will pass the respective inspection once they arrive in Turkish territorial waters (as Turkey is the mediating country in the agreement on the maritime corridor).
The largest cargo, 33,000 tons, will travel aboard the Navistar, from Odessa and bound for the port of Ringaskiddy, in Ireland;
the freighter Rojen will carry 13,041 tons to Teesporte (United Kingdom) and the Polarnet will transport 12,000 tons to Karasu, in Turkey.
