China supports the construction of the 10+3 emergency medical supplies reserve center and the establishment of the disaster management ministerial meeting mechanism, and will provide a list of medical supplies as soon as possible.

The fourth is to lead the transformation and development of the region.

Strengthen poverty reduction cooperation and narrow the regional development gap.
All parties fully affirmed the important role of 10+3 cooperation in the successful fight against the epidemic and the economic recovery of regional countries, and agreed to accelerate regional economic integration, fully implement RCEP, help countries increase economic resilience, ensure smooth production and supply chains, and jointly deal with food and energy. security challenges.
