In the face of a large number of precious editions, the application scenario of "One Thing in Collection" solves the management and standardization of the entire life cycle of all types of collections in the Hangzhou National Edition Museum, filling the gap in the industry.

Specifically, the museum has not only comprehensively sorted out version resources, promoted scientific classification and standardized identification of version resources, and compiled data standards with the characteristics of Hangzhou National Version Museum, but also realized "one collection, one code". Full life cycle portraits of classification, registration, entry into Tibet, digital collection, digital processing, exhibition, and loan.

In addition, the museum also uses cultural big data to associate version resource data in different forms such as graphics, audio, and video to form a Chinese cultural seed gene bank.

In order to allow more people to enter the edition hall, Hangzhou National Edition Hall provides a full range of online and offline services, including 3D cloud roaming, exhibition introduction, portable explanation, AR real scene navigation, etc., and provides care services for special groups.

From the site selection and construction to the opening of the museum, for the Hangzhou National Version Museum, the number of versions collected so far has far exceeded expectations.

"A collection tells a history and a story. The collector can check the location and status of the collection, exhibition records and other information at any time, and can also write the story of the collection and the mental journey of the collection. We have established a relationship between the collector and the collection. The bond between the collections is realized through the digitalization of cultural achievements to the public, and the problem of traceability of collections is solved. It is the first of its kind." The relevant staff of Hangzhou National Version Museum introduced.

In order to make management intelligent, Hangzhou National Edition Museum has opened up the physical operation and maintenance of the physical dimension and the digital management of the information dimension, and used the concept of digital twin to complete the mapping of the museum from the physical world to the digital world. The visual management of services, combined with related technologies such as the Internet of Things, establishes a cyber-physical world where people, museums, objects, and exhibitions are interconnected, realizing convenient and efficient scene-based intelligent management and multi-dimensional data correlation analysis and intelligent decision-making.
