Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, said that sappers of the Russian army and the Ministry of Emergency Situations have neutralized more than 198 thousand explosive objects in the Donbass.
“In total, 6,499.14 hectares of territory, 620 buildings (of which 13 socially significant objects), four bridges and 96.6 km of roads were checked.
198,068 explosive items were found and defused," TASS quoted him as saying.
Earlier, the LPR announced the presence of thousands of foreign-made mines on the territory of the republic.
