Chairman Pelosi's visit to Taiwan was as tense as a military operation.

This is because China has warned several times that Pelosi could use force if he goes to Taiwan.

For this reason, Chairman Pelosi's private plane, which departed from Malaysia, opted for a long way back through Indonesia and the Philippines, as you can see, instead of a straight route passing through the South China Sea.

So he increased his flight time by an hour or two over the original, taking it to seven hours.

While this private plane flew, American and Chinese aircraft carriers were floating in the waters around Taiwan and off the coast of China, and even fighters from both countries were sortieing in the sky.

Reporter Junmo Moon summarized the tense 7 hours before arriving in Taiwan.

The private plane made a large detour to the right to avoid the South China Sea route claimed by China, but tensions began to rise as it approached Taiwan.

The US Navy has deployed four battleships, including the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan, in the Philippine Sea.

China has already docked the aircraft carriers Liaoning and Shandong in the Taiwan Strait.

Eight fighters and five aerial tankers took off from the U.S. Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan, at around 9 pm, more than four hours after the private plane took off, Japan's NHK reported.

As if in response, China's state-run CCTV warns, "People's Liberation Army fighter jets are passing through the Taiwan Strait."

By the time the private plane arrived in Taiwan, 21 Chinese military planes had entered the Taiwan Air Defense Identification Zone.

Tensions peaked as Chinese military planes repeatedly flew over Taiwanese waters, but the private plane landed safely at Taipei Songshan Airport around 11:45 last night.

During the 7 hours the private plane flew, Chinese state media relayed the location of the private plane carrying Chairman Pelosi in real time, and when Chairman Pelosi arrived in Taiwan, more than 700,000 people simultaneously accessed the route tracking site, causing access problems.
