Sihamoni said that the special relationship between Cambodia and China was forged and nurtured by the leaders of the older generation, and now it has reached the best level in history.
Under the promotion of President Xi Jinping and Cambodian leaders, the two sides are actively building a Cambodia-China community with a shared future, deepening mutually beneficial cooperation under the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative, and bringing tangible benefits to the two peoples.
