A driver who does not respond to rescue has been revealed, asking for the dog to be rescued first from a car swept away by a torrent amid heavy rains and damage throughout the United States.

On the 28th of last month, an SUV was swept away by a torrent in Arizona, USA, and ran aground after being caught in a tree.

The local police are trying to rescue the driver after securing the vehicle with a tow strap, but the driver asks the dog's whereabouts, saying, 'Did you find my dog?'

Afterwards, a clash between the driver who refused to rescue the dog and shouted to find the dog and the policeman who tried to get him out of the car broke out in a dangerous situation.

Eventually, the policeman managed to get the driver out of the car after promising to 'find the dog'.
