The accident happened outdoors, but what caused it is still unclear.
Both men were rushed to hospital.
According to Region Norrbotten, one of them, a man in his 40s, left the hospital in Piteå during the day with minor injuries.
The other man, who is aged 25, was taken to Sunderby Hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries.
