According to the agency, Renault Kaptur and Lifan Solano collided in the Iglinsky district at km 1546 of the Samara-Ufa-Chelyabinsk highway.
“As a result of the accident, the 35-year-old female driver of Lifan died from her injuries at the scene.
The driver and passenger of another vehicle, as well as four children aged 8 to 15, were taken to medical facilities in Ufa with injuries of varying severity," the statement said.
